Yes, we work hard to ensure the pictures of our items on our site show what you will get. However, small changes in colour or detail might happen because of different screen displays or making processes.
Once you finish buying, an email will come with a message. It also has your proof of purchase on it. You can check your old bills by logging into your account on our website and going to the ‘Order History’ part.
If you don’t like something you bought, give it back within a few days from when it was received. This time is usually 30 days but can change too. Please go to our Returns & Exchanges page for complete instructions on how you can return your item.
We often restock popular items. Click the button that says “Get up when ready” on the page of the item you want and make a new account. We will email you right away when it’s available again.
