Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Dropstic, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the Refund and Returns Policy as smooth as possible. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning and refunding items purchased from our website.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made, cosmetics, sealed open or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Certain items, such as personal care products, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
  • Products that has been used and damaged may not be eligible for returns.

Return Process:

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dropstic.com or through the “Contact Us” form on our website. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Receive a Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
  • Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and ship them to the address provided in your RA. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is being returned due to our error or a defect.
  • If you don’t like the product and want to return the items. There will be return pickup charges of AED 10 which would be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Products purchased in bulk quantity will be returned only in case of damaged items or if they are not exactly the same products as ordered for the pictures and descriptions.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Refund Policy:

  • Full refunds (after return pickup charges of AED 10 deduction) will be issued for items returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Products purchased in bulk quantity are only refundable in case of damaged items or if they are not exactly the same products as ordered for the pictures and descriptions.
  • Items returned after 30 days of the original delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned due to our error or a defect.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Late or Missing Refunds

⦁ Look at your bank account again if the refund is not there.
⦁ Talk to your credit card company; it might take a while for them to put back the money you gave.
⦁ If you haven’t got your money back yet, talk to our customer service for help.

Sale items

⦁ Items on sale usually can’t be returned for a refund.
⦁ But, sometimes it’s okay to trade or give store credit for things like broke or bad products that were bought.

Exchanges

⦁ Things can be swapped if they are broken or damaged.
⦁ To return something, talk to customer service and send it back using our address.
⦁ We will swap out the thing with another similar one of equal worth.

Gifts

⦁ When we get gifts, these can be changed for gift credit if needed.
⦁ We’ll handle the return of gifts after we get back what was sent.
⦁ We will give a voucher that is worth the same as the gift item.

Shipping returns

⦁ Send your product back to the address for returns given by our customer service.
⦁ You need to pay AED 10 for the shipping when you return an item.
⦁ Keep in mind, first shipping costs won’t be returned, and the money spent on sending it back will be deducted from your refund amount.
